Our first guest is Jerry Davis.   Many of you may recognize him or his name from The ‘Wisconsin State Journal’, ‘Outdoor News’,  and other outdoor publications.  Jerry is a retired University of Wisconsin-La Crosse biology professor and well-known writer of the outdoors and outdoor activities.  We are going to talk with Jerry about his careers and his experience with many aspects of the great outdoors, of which he has had many.

Our second guest has been with us many times and we are thrilled to have him back!  Tanner Cherney is the owner of Peak Productions LLC, a photography and social media marketing company. Tanner spends most of his free time in the outdoors pursuing one of North Dakota’s many hunting and fishing opportunities.  Tanner has been working with the Devil’s Lake Tourism to help spread the word on this amazing area.  We are going to talk about the spring to summer transition in the Devil’s Lake area outdoor activities.

Having grown up in the Devils Lake area, Tanner has spent the vast majority of his life on the waters of Devils Lake chasing walleyes and perch or in the wheat fields and ponds waiting on the flurry of a flock of mallards.    Tanner is involved with weekly radio interviews where he gives visitors in the tri-state area a rundown of the weekly fishing report. Tanner also writes for a few outdoor publications and never misses an opportunity to help introduce new people into the great outdoors. Keep an “eye” out for his fishing and hunting reports on the Devils Lake Facebook and YouTube pages.”
