The Majestic Elk: Wisconsin and Kentucky

This is the week of the ‘Majestic Elk’. Kevin Wallenfang, Big Game Specialist with the Wisconsin DNR Bureau of Wildlife Management, will tell us about the plans for the next elk reintroduction in Wisconsin and maybe a little history of the first reintroduction in 1995.
We are also going to talk with Bill Carman, Regional Director for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (RMEF) to talk about the Kentucky elk herd and Kentucky’s reintroduction success.
