trinity Shepherd    Next, we will introduce you to Trinity Shepherd.  Mr. Shepherd is the founder of TLC Outfitters and the first Bugle Brother,  “Trinity has been dealing with elk for 10 years. Naturalist by career and hunting fanatic for life”.   We will talk about the popularity of this great animal in Kentucky.  The Kentucky elk herd was established in Kentucky in 1997 and is flourishing.  It is estimated by Kentucky Fish & Wildlife that the herd has grown to 5,000.
