“Tuna Tom” on Fishing in Nevada / Dr. John Attig – Wildlife & Landscape in Southern Wis.
Meet Dr. John Attig, from Wisconsin Geological and Natural History, a UW Extension professor and affiliated faculty member at UW-Madison, will talk to us about the history of the landscape & wildlife in Southern Wisconsin. Dr. Attig specialized in the evolution of landscapes and has studied the timing of the last glaciation (from 10,000 to 30,000 years ago). He is an author as well and co-wrote “Roadside Geology of Wisconsin” , a guidebook for non-geologists that identifies and explains the geological evolution of locations that are accessible from state highways.

Then we are going to talk with our most avid fan in Nevada – “Mr. Tuna Tom” who is going to tell us all about fishing destinations in Nevada. That is correct – there is more in Nevada than casinos and loud dinging machines and bright lights. There is so many other things to see in Nevada – listen on Saturday and find out more!
